These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Medrara cloud Laboratory Information System (LIS), associated web portals, and related services (the "Service"). By registering an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms on behalf of your laboratory or organization.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of staff credentials, for the accuracy of data entered into the system, and for ensuring that the Service is used in compliance with applicable healthcare, laboratory accreditation, and data protection regulations in your jurisdiction.
Subscriptions are licensed per laboratory as quoted. You may not resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to process data beyond the scope agreed in your order form. Analyzer and HIS/EMR integrations are provided when interfaces, device mappings, and contractual support are validated.
Medrara is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid under your agreement. Where a signed order form, master agreement, or SLA applies, its specific terms take precedence over this summary page.
